In these tailored one-to-one lessons, your child will work through the curriculum while focusing on areas they need most. With interactive activities, personalised guidance, optional homework, and ongoing support, each session is designed to make learning both effective and enjoyable.
Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tutoring services provided by Elevate Learning ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking a session with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Booking and Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through our designated platform. Payment must be completed at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged in writing. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid forfeiting your session. If a session is cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice, you will be eligible to reschedule the session at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the notice given. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the original session time. All rescheduled sessions are subject to tutor availability. 5. Missed Sessions Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a "no-show" and is non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 6. Tutor Cancellations In the unlikely event that your tutor must cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule at no additional cost. 7. Parental Involvement For students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian ("Parent") must provide consent at the time of registration and be the primary point of contact for scheduling, payments, and any communication. While sessions are designed to be student-centered, we encourage parents to: Ensure the student is prepared and present at the scheduled session time. Provide a quiet, distraction-free learning environment. Monitor younger students during sessions if necessary. Parents are welcome to briefly join the beginning or end of sessions to discuss progress, concerns, or goals with the tutor. Any concerns or questions from parents should be directed through email or other official communication channels and not discussed during active tutoring time unless pre-arranged.
